
T.H.E Goal
The overall goal is to run a wellness sanctuary in the south of Spain.
So what does the dream look like?
A residentially wellness retreat (T.H.E Sanctuary) where people can attend for a minimum of 3 days and stay for up to two weeks at a time. The retreat is aimed at everyone, whether you choose to come alone, with your partner, family or friends you can be assured that the benefits will remain true to our purpose and you will take away invaluable tools and lessons to carry you through everyday life, helping you to fulfil your own aspirations and potenital.
For 9 months of the year the sanctuary will be funded by paying guests, for the other 2 months we will provide our services completely free of charge, for those who would never normally be able to afford a service such as this. I believe that this type of service is something that should be accessible to everyone as I can really appreciate the benefits on a person’s physical and mental wellbeing.
During the stay we will incorporate the following activities into the wellness program.
· Nutrition and cookery – You are what you eat. Hone your culinary skills alongside a Spanish chef, as well as develop an understanding of the nutritional value of everything you put into your mouth.
· Meditation – Structured regular guided meditations, allowing us to calm that voice within and connect with our own selves on a level of energy and spirituality
· Yoga – Breathing and stretching classes designed to work hand in hand with the meditation sessions
· Therapy – Group/Individual/Couples/Family. Each therapy session will be tailored to your own specific needs.
· Massage services
· Outdoor adventures – hiking/horse-riding/team building/care giving activities break away from the more structured aspects of the retreat.
Scent will play a huge role in the retreat, with the above activates
